Suchita is the type of realtor that really takes the time to help you find exactly what you are looking for. She asked me and my husbands what our search was and price range. Within a day she was able to send me a listing of exactly our taste. Our first in person visit to see one of the pre construction project i just loved the plans and area, and SIGNED our deal. I don't usually sign right away but Suchita definitely brings out that trust and knowledge and makes you feel completely secure about your decision.
