I was lounging on a beach in Cuba, I was notified by Roy's system that a home, meeting my needs, was available. I quickly contacted Roy and asked him to write a purchase offer and was greeted with utmost decency, speed and the familiar charm I have come to appreciate more than once. Immediately roy hit the road running, had a look at the property, advised on everything he knew, emailed a purchase contract for me to electronically sign and quite literally within hours the property was mine under contract. Then without solicitation, Roy fronted me the cash needed for the deposit. We close the deal at the end of January 2020. I could not think to ask any greater service than what Roy Cleeves has given me. Excellent in every way. He leaves me no choice but to ask for his service again!
