Derek Stronks

At a young age, Derek developed a keen interest in numbers and investments. He majored in Math and Physics in College, however, his ‘hands on’ mentality led him into the construction industry. He excelled in exterior renovations for 15 years, working on everything from Century homes to new builds. His hard work and dedication prompted him to purchase his first home at the age of 23 and his second, an investment property, at age 24. In 2015, Derek and his wife purchased their dream property in Ariss, completely renovated it, and have since welcomed into it their four children.

My first priority is to understand what my clients real estate goals are; whether its upsizing, downsizing, buying their first home, buying/selling an investment property. From there we can develop a plan that sets them up for success!
