I live several hours away & researched to find the property on my own. When I made enquiries, I was very fortunate that Daniel became my Realtor. As I was travelling out of town for a limited number of days, I appreciated that Daniel was easy to contact and very accommodating in arranging meeting places and times. He walked me through the 5 acre property and showed me the boundary lines which had not been clearly marked by the seller. He provided timely responses to my questions and volunteered valuable information about the property & locale including available lawyers and other business contacts. Daniel was very personable and professional throughout the entire process, kept me apprised of purchase proceedings, and always followed up to ensure my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Daniel as a Realtor.

We had a great experience dealing with Daniel, he responded quickly to questions, the deal went very smooth despite never meeting him till it was completed with the lawyers. We dealt over the phone for the whole deal. Cant say enough about the service.
