Susan Morris

Before I met Susan Morris in June 2009, I had bought a couple of real estate properties which I now know could have gone better. But since meeting Susan, Ive used her for every single real estate deal Ive made - 14 to date and probably more to come! Most have been residential, a couple were commercial. Some small and some not so small. Some were very complicated and some not. Some in a sellers market, some in a buyers market. I wouldnt think of buying or selling real estate without Susan Morris by my side. I sure have learned a lot from Susan over the years - from what to look for in buildings, to when to hold tight and push through, and most importantly when to walk away. I know she has saved me many thousands of dollars because shes plugged in to the real estate market, she has an eye for details, and she knows her stuff! I love working with Susan - she put the fun back in real estate.
