In every instance, we have found her to be extremely knowledgeable and responsive. She was a strong advocate for us on both sales and purchase transactions. She is fair to all parties but represents the interests of her clients. She has many years of experience and it is unlikely a client will run into circumstances that she hasn't experienced before. The icing on the cake is that Kathryn is a genuinely nice person of the highest character. I strongly recommend Kathryn to anyone who needs an expert real estate professional.

Kathryn went above and beyond when it came to helping us move from OKC to Owasso! While this purchase was our second home, it was the first time we were buying and selling a home at the same time. I thought this process would be stressful, but Kathryn made it SO easy. She really took the time to get to know my spouse and I and what we wanted for our next home. It significantly impacted how smoothly things went, especially with moving from out of town. Kathryn has tons of experience in the real estate industry, and shes taken the time to build a highly connected network in the Tulsa metro. Let me tell you, having a well-connected real estate agent in the community is just as crucial as having industry knowledge! She was truly our advocate throughout the process; she understood the local housing market and was an AMAZING real estate agent to work with. If we need to buy or sell another home in the future, we will 100% be reaching back out to Kathryn. We HIGHLY recommend her!
