I have been in Real Estate for 23 years; as an Associate; as a Broker; as a Broker / Associate and presently as a Broker of my firm Donaldson Realty Company. I work in Tulsa and the surrounding Metro area. I have clients who are first time home buyers; sellers; investors; ones who are relocations to Tulsa and buyers who are part of the current Tulsa remote program. I had my GRI and Certified Short Sale Expert. I educate the buyers through the buying and the closing process and the things needed to know after the purchase of the home. My intentions are to make a client feel like they are the only client I have. I educate each client about the current housing market these pass past 4 years and discuss the mortgage interest rates and how that aspect works. I was a Mortgage Broker for over 10 years. I have surrounded myself with dedicated professionals in the mortgage business and the title company to help make the buying process as smooth and as timely as we can.
