For the purchase, Tim made what could have been a complicated process (purchasing from a relocation company) quick and stress-free. As a result, we asked them to list our current home and work with us through the process of selling. Kelly put together an amazing marketing campaign including a professional brochure featuring all the assets of our house, and we accepted an offer just a few days after listing. He and Kelly were both quick to respond to any questions we had, and maintained excellent communication lines between us, the sellers of our new home, and the buyers of our old one. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Great people, easy to work with, and they will ensure that the process is as smooth as possible for everyone involved.

Stop your search! Tim is the best Realtor you will ever work with - I promise!! I have worked with many realtors over the years buying/selling about 8 properties and every experience with a Realtor was disappointing and frustrating; especially when I looked back and realized their top goal was make their money and on to the next. NOT TIM! He and his wife Kelly genuinely cared about what I wanted AND with absolute honesty and integrity. After all the bad experiences I'd had, I was hesitant at first to trust his advice but his down-to-earth and matter-of-fact attitude convenienced me to give him a chance. I am so glad I did because he was RIGHT ABOUT EVERYTHING EVERY TIME!! A Realtor you can TRUST!!! I never waited more than a few minutes for him to respond. He and his company are here to take care of the clients by doing the right thing for them every time! I will never list with anyone but Tim ever again!
