Im sharing my personal experiences below if youre interested in hearing more. As a first time home buyer in 2016 I came into the market with very specific requirements and a tight budget. Jason walked through at least 25 homes with me over a 3 month period. When he thought something was off with a home, hed tell me. When he thought I was off on a a valuation or if my expectations didnt match reality, hed let me know and make it a teaching moment. This type of honesty is exceptionally rare In the industry and is one of the main reasons I recommend him to anyone looking for a home. I ended up closing on a home that met all of my requirements and was below budget, despite numerous lender and seller delays that pushed closing back almost three months!
