Jeff definitely didn’t give up on getting my farm sold. He advocated for me and immediately said no to any low ball offers. I completed any requests from Jeff. He personally found a plumber to address an issue found during inspection. He has used this plumber in the past and knew his expertise. I did take less than the farm was initially listed for. We did get it done. I picked four realtors to interview for my property. Jeff was the most thorough and he grew up in the area my farm was located. I think people are more at ease when working with someone from the area. If you want a realtor that will get the sale and be thorough then choose Jeff.
