Hi, I’m Joe Slusarczyk, a real estate professional based in Bainbridge Township with a passion for helping clients create meaningful home experiences. My journey began in Bedford, where I grew up before attending Kent State University to study Applied Mathematics. That background sharpened my analytical and problem-solving skills—qualities I now apply to guide clients through one of life’s biggest decisions. Before entering real estate, I spent 15 years as a chef, developing an eye for detail, organization, and service excellence. I also bring hands-on experience in roofing, siding, and gutters, offering clients valuable insight into a home’s construction and condition. What truly drives me is building lasting relationships. I take pride in connecting people with homes that fit their needs, lifestyle, and dreams. Outside of work, I enjoy golf, fishing, gardening, and spending time with my wife, son, and our Bernadoodle, Willow.
