I got help from Michelle to buy a house in Toledo that I closed on in November. She was kind and professional and went looking at many houses with me. She consistently met me in the evenings to prevent me from having to miss work. She also was knowledgeable and walked me through the home buying process for my first home. I will happily recommend Michelle to anyone who needs a realtor in the area.

We had never been through this process before and she answered our questions and helped us understand everything. Michelle worked really diligently to find us the house that suited our needs. We feel as if she became a part of our family. We will recommend her to everyone that is looking for a house!!

Selling our house was not for the faint of heart. Not only did Michelle have to coordinate all of the normal house selling operations, she had to work closely with our corporate relocation company too (and at times they made her work extra hard). When relo dragged their feet, Michelle sprung into action over a holiday weekend to get our house listed. She held two open houses and made sure to check in on the house even after we moved away. All in all, Michelle took all of the extra steps and hiccups in stride, plus she did a great job balancing our wants with reality.
