Cathy was very good at giving input on what needed to be done to help sell my house. She was always in contact with me and we sold the house for asking price in 6 months. Cathy has a lot of resources that she gave me to help with fixing problems areas. She knows her business.

We worked with Cathy in our search for a home as we moved back to the area. This was the 7th house we have purchased over the years, so we were already very seasoned home buyers. Cathy made sure we had all of the basic info and "to do" lists that every buyer needs, but she was able to quickly pivot when she saw that we'd been through the process before. She made us feel very comfortable, even when we were not the easiest clients as we had VERY broad tastes in homes and neighborhoods. She took everything in stride and was instrumental in helping us seal a deal when we were almost ready to walk away.
