Nicole Yoder Barnhart

As your real estate specialist I have worked for the same company, HER Realtors, for over 26 years. I began working at HER Realtors at the age of 16 and worked as an admin while still in high school. After graduating from High School, I immediately began taking my real estate courses at Columbus State and became one of the youngest licensees in the State of Ohio at the age of 18 in 1993. My Husband Ron and I had our first child in 2000, as we began to prepare by building a real estate team in 1996 once my husband became licensed. We hired our first buyers agent in 1998 and from that point on, our team grew into a team of 8 highly trained licensed real estate agents. Our team consists of highly trained licensed professional real estate agents that hold several designations which include New Construction Certifications, Investment Specialists and First Time home buyer specialists. Our team is trained to be able to assist you with any real estate requirements in any city or state.
