Born and raised in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, Sierra developed a deep appreciation for real estate, architecture, and community-building at an early age, working alongside her parents to renovate homes. This hands-on experience sparked a life-long passion for the real estate industry that would shape her career. Sierra’s professional journey led her to unique and diverse roles that broadened her expertise. While living in Okinawa, Japan, she served as a bank manager, where she honed her customer service skills, navigating the challenges of working in an international setting. She later moved to Boise, Idaho, where she became a Real Estate Transaction and Operations Manager. These positions refined her exceptional problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and expert negotiation skills. As a seasoned real estate professional, Sierra is known for her peacemaker mindset, handling matters with efficiency and grace, ensuring that transactions go smoothly and close with minimal stress.
