Sean Payton

Raised in Cleveland Heights, and now making his home in Cleveland’s Detroit Shoreway neighborhood, Sean has a unique knowledge of both sides of the city which is a powerful asset when assisting clients making a transition to a different part of the greater Cleveland area. Sean graduated from Cleveland State University with a degree in Communication & Journalism. Sean has been nationally recognized several times with the National Sales excellence award which honors the top 5% of all realtors nationally. Sean is well connected in Cleveland community whether its working with investors, local builders, or first time home owners. Sean uses social media, direct mail and his vast knowledge of the market to assist buyers and sellers every step of the way from purchase and listing contract to completion of the sale.

Sean has been representing home sellers and buyers in the Greater Cleveland area for over 19 years. Using his vast experience of both the east and west sides of the city, Sean has a wealth of insight on many of Cleveland’s distinct neighborhoods.
