I have bought and sold homes several times in my life, and Chris is, by far, the best realtor I've had the experience to work with. As a matter of fact, I now consider him a friend. He used his savvy and skills to negotiate and navigate through the complex transactions involved in closing the deal on the property I was selling. This wasn't an easy transaction as I'll describe below, but in a nutshell, if anyone in the greater NYC area is looking for a responsive, diligent, collaborative, and most of all, responsive agent, he's your man. I live in California but needed to sell my dad's home in Queens.Chris was amazing when dealing with my dad, going out of his way to either stop by and check in on him through the process, even taking him to signings, etc. With me being on the opposite side of the country it was really hard for me (probably impossible) to find contractors, cleaners and handymen. Chris handled all of that! He was amazing!

There is so much that I can say about Christopher Daniels selling my home!! He researched the price point and knew that we would get above market value based on the selling point of comparable homes. He was literally there from beginning to end!! The only thing he didn't do in our home was cook meals. He ensured that our home was ready for pictures, and even while I was out of town he was there meeting cleaners, and repair individuals.
