About
Michael got into the real estate industry as a property manager years ago. He started with just maintaining properties then slowly progressed into helping landlords acquire tenants through word of mouth, then helping negotiate leases, rent roll, etc... The relationships he developed with the tenants and landlords made him want to become a realtor.
There is more to advertising than merely putting up a for sale sign that sells a house. Thankfully being a business owner has honed Michael's strong negotiating, organizational, and leadership skills. Meeting with sellers, pre-qualifying prospective buyers, setting up open houses, arranging home inspections, dealing with appraisals, making, and receiving countless calls & emails are all in a day's work.
Michael's philosophy is that "it costs nothing to be decent human being"
