Zachary Hall Bachner

The Greater Rochester Area is a great place to live and work, which is why Zachary Hall chooses to call it home. With roots in Rochester, New York, Zach moved back to the area after living in Denver to pursue selling his investment property and become a licensed Realtor. Real estate is a passion for Zach, with a background in buyers agency, property management, house flipping, wholesaling, and the foreclosure market, it is easy to see why his clients called Zach for help buying and selling. Zach is a member of the Ivy House Realty and is overexcited about helping clients take the next step in their homeownership or investment journey. Zach was presented the award of Rising Star in October, 2024 and closed the year off strong by cracking the Top 100 Realtors in the Greater Rochester Area for 2024 out of over 4000 qualified agents. When Zach isn’t in the field helping clients, in the office or on the job site you’ll often find him spending time with his family, friends and dog Marley.
