Laura Gruber just sold my apartment on EEA. It was my home for 45 wonderful years. It was a difficult sale as the coop board denied any renovations or move -n move-out during a moratorium of about 2 years, due to renovations being done in the building. It took 2 years to sell and we finally closed one week b/f the Corona shut down. Laura was amazing thru all this turmoil and now I am happily living in Los Angeles, California.

My apartment took two years to sell as the coop I lived in put a moratorium on move in's and move out's making it impossible to sell but Laura as my broker stayed with it and got me the price I wanted to enable me to move to LA to be with my children. I highly recommend her.
