In the past 10+ years as an investor/developer and agent, John has been told that he lives and breathes all elements of real estate. John feels fortunate to be able to improve the quality of his clients' lives and build lifelong relationships. In the past, John was in marketing and design. These talents and skills will always be with him, and have impacted his business greatly. He is able to help clients visualize new exciting opportunities, to make great investments; and he can showcase sellers' homes at their best, to move quickly and at top price. His business has grown exponentially because of his social marketing and daily video documentation. John specializes in the downtown markets, but has helped buyers and sellers in other neighborhoods and outside of Manhattan as well. He regularly redevelops property throughout New York to keep his own hand in the game.
