About
My journey in Real Estate was not one I had planned, nor had I ever considered being a Realtor. In 2004 my wife and I decided to sell our raised ranch on Noxon Road and move to a neighborhood since our son was 5, we had dealt with a few agents none of which provided that great of customer service experience, nor were they very knowledgeable and then my wife said to me "You should do this" meaning be a Realtor. Did I listen to her? Of course not, not at first anyway. I decided to get my license in 2006 so I would have something to do in the winter to supplement my pool business. Well, who knew the economy was going to tank in 2007 and my income from pools would drop 90% in one year? Certainly not me. At that point I decided to pursue real estate full time, this was a time when NOTHING was selling, but I persevered learned a lot more about marketing and found other avenues than the norm to promote my houses on, and I also have always strived to provide excellent customer service.
