Dylan was amazing from start to finish in the sale of our apt. He was super responsive, had tons of resources at his fingers, listened to our needs and never ever pressured us. And he's a great guy to boot! I would work with him anytime!

Mr.Hoffman in my own opinion is one of the best Brokers in the City, Or I may say the best one. I interviewed about five different Brokers, for selling a Condominium, which I had owned for many years. Thus, and I was prepared, by my readings with some questions for selecting a Broker. Some of them were intimidating even one was not an honest person, other one showed to my Condo with an assistant and a bunch Of papers with different formats which were ambiguous to me. But Mr. Hoffman was different! Why? because dealing with him, it was easier, he is straight forward, his Pragmatic knowledge about the Market in NYC, he used to give me up to dates going on at the present time in the market . Example for setting up the sale price of my condominium, I gave him my wanted price. But Mr. Hoffman used to say the Market would speak by itself! And it was truth And when you are selling an owned property for many years, it may be emotional, so Mr. Hoffman is compassionated. Thank u Dylan Hoffman

My wife and I worked with Dylan and his team to sell our one bedroom apartment in Midtown NYC at the start of this year and Dylan was a pleasure to work with right from the first phone call. Dylan made us feel confident and comfortable with the process and we was very knowledgeable about the market. While this wasn't my first time buying a home, it was my first time buying in NYC as I relocated. Dylan was fantastic for my situation - clearly explaining the unique process in NYC, pros/cons of condo vs. coop, plus/minuses of neighborhoods/buildings, etc. He adeptly helped me zero in on the neighborhood and criteria that was right for me and quickly evolved as my opinions and needs did. He was able to draw on the expertise of his broader team to recommend other professionals I needed during the process. While ultimately everything was catered to what I was looking for, I found I highly trusted Dylan's opinions and thoughts. I've worked with Dylan for 17 years on buying and selling my homes in Manhattan. At this point, I've probably used him for 10 total transactions. He's the best that there is.
