Listed my house for what i wanted, listened every step of the way. Always asked how i wanted to proceed.. Sold my house and talked over with me what i wanted to do with finding a home in the worse market ever.. Found one i sat on it for 36 hours thinking it over after they countered me, another one came up put in an offer, Cheryl talked over with listing agent very proffessional getting me the house i wanted, even said she would help me with occupancy as well. I have never heard of an agent going above and beyond there duties to help someone.. shes excellent go with cheryl.. she will never disappoint
