Marcia obtained her Salesperson license in 2013 and her Brokers License in 2018. I believe Continuing Education is Key to the successful agent. I received my GRI designation in 2018 which is achieved over 5 yrs and completing 8 , 2 day classes. In 2019 went on to achieve the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) designations. I believe this will help my business and my clients in this ever evolving field of Real Estate. I also like to consider "My Competitive" side combined with 8 + years of RE experience, 30+ years of Customer Service will take to yet another step further in guiding clients and Customers to successful closings.
