For me to say that I have a passion for real estate would not be true. I came into it later in life. The thing that makes me a good realtor is knowing my job. Being able to communicate with other realtors and buyers and sellers, staying on task and helping my client avoid all the behind the scenes drama, that unfortunately come with buying and selling. I am not a salesperson and pride myself on that. I will not try to sell you a home that you have no interest in. My motivation is in achieving the results for my clients. The very best deal, with the very least stress, while keeping them informed along each step of the process. I get along with other agents and they like to work with me. My marketing through my company is second to none. I have very good negotiating skills.. I have been working with people since the dinosaurs. We were here at the same time! I rode one on the way to school with other kids from the cave-hood. Where Im pretty sure I sold real estate cave by cave.
