I began my career in Southern California in 1984 and have been a full time Realtor and investor since that time. During my time in California I became a joint venture partner in Mulhearn Realtors Long Beach branch office. I also functioned as the Training Director for the multi-office 400+ agent company. I returned to Upstate New York in 1997 and have worked at RealtyUSA (Now Howard Hanna RE Services) since that time.
