A real estate salesperson is only as good as their ability to listen to the client’s and customers’ needs then servicing those needs in a responsible and intelligent way. It is service before sales. Always. Joinel strives to achieve that goal. He worked and managed a restaurant in the city for five years. During this time, he gained huge insight into understanding how to properly service his customers. The pandemic forced Joinel to reevaluate his career journey and has become an avid reader of books on Business, Selling, Negotiation, Mindset, Real Estate, Investing, and Credit, so he decided to pursue a career he was passionate about--Real estate. At a bare minimum, a diligent Real Estate Agent should have strong industry knowledge, and availability while striving to build comfort and trust between themselves and client. Knowing why you are doing something is an absolute necessity to building relationships with people.
