Janine is an outstanding broker! This is coming from people who have always been hesitant of using a broker, but we’re sure glad we did. Janine not only went out of her way for us during the viewing, she also went above and beyond after our closing. She’s timely, accommodating, knowledgable and overall a wonderful person. She walked us through every step, was always quick to respond and had our best interest in mind the entire way. She knows what she’s doing, a true business woman at heart, but is also an amazing individual who puts you first. Talk about integrity. By the end of the process she had gone from being our broker to becoming a friend. Back in September 2016, My girlfriend and I were looking for a new apartment. Our then current landlord was harassing us and we need to get out quick. Janine was extremely understanding of our situation. She found us a place with amazing landlords that we exchanged xmas gifts with and they brought me cookies on my birthday. It's been a dream situation and we have Janine to thank for it. She took it upon herself to find us a safe, comfortable place that we could feel at home in.
