I have been a Licensed Realtor for over 37 years beginning my real estate career as an Administrator for a real estate office. Within 3 years of selling real estate, I was acknowledged in the Top 1% of Realtors throughout the country (1991). However, it is all about the relationship. Having a great relationship with a client where they entrust you with the largest and biggest financial investment of a lifetime - their home is larger than any award, plaque or title. I take a personal investment in the client's needs from the very beginning and even after closing.
