Patrick McSharry, Broker, grew up in Delmar and attended Bethlehem Central schools. His parents still live in his childhood home and he feels lucky to be able to visit them regularly. He received his B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1992, and studied clinical psychology at SUNY Albany, before turning to sales. He worked as a Real Estate Salesperson and an Associate Broker at several local firms, but found that no company could give his clients the level of individualized attention he felt they deserved so he decided to create a company that could. While many people say they could never work with their significant other, Patrick appreciates the complementary skills that his wife, Julie, brings to their real estate team.
