I have been a resident of Northern Nevada since 1991 and have been employed in the private sector since 1982. I started working specifically in the real estate industry in 2002. I am very familiar with the area, its schools, neighborhoods, shopping, recreation and entertainment. I graduated from California State University of Northridge with a degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Marketing and Sales. Additionally, there are many essential qualities that I have which make me an excellent real estate professional: integrity, marketing savvy, excellent communication skills, high-quality professionalism, effective negotiation skills and in-depth community and market knowledge. I've found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2003 and have learned and experienced the market from the days of easy lending to record short sales and foreclosures. Born and raised in the Sacramento area (Fair Oaks), real estate has always been "in my blood" perhaps, due in part to growing up in a builder family. I graduated from Bella Vista High School, attended California Lutheran College, later graduated from CSUS (Sacramento) with a degree in Communications and a minor in Business Administration. In 1993, I moved to Reno to work for a Fortune 500 company and obtained formal sales training. I've always been involved with some sort of extra-curricular activities including sports, music, dance and theater and always volunteering with various youth programs and organizations. I'm Past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Mountain View Montessori School. Real Estate is my business, my ONLY business. I have been a full service Realtor with over 27 years of experience.
