Kelly Nichols

Kelly has lived in Northern Nevada since 1981. Since that time, she has seen quite a bit of change and growth in our area. Kelly has represented all types of clients, from a wide variety of sellers to first-time buyers, investors and those purchasing luxury properties. Kelly’s real estate expertise is unique and well-rounded. During her more than 23 years of real estate experience, Kelly enjoyed a 5 ½ year, very successful, career representing a local new home builder as a top producing new home sales agent in communities ranging from condominiums to luxury homes. Kelly is a 2002 graduate of the Nevada Association of Realtors Leadership Academy. She currently serves on the Sierra Nevada Realtors Professional Standards Committee.
