Emily worked with our family for over a year to help us find the right home. For half of that year we were not even in the same state. She was very prompt in getting back to us with any questions we had about homes. She would go and make videos of the homes we were interested in seeing and send them to us. Emily was able to answer any questions we had, and very simply explain parts of the process that we need not understand. Emily was flexible with us as we often would change our minds.
