Traci and her team were recommended to us by a friend, and after meeting with her she took on the sale of our home. Traci and her team were friendly and personable as well as thorough and professional. They got our house sold within 3 days, and we were able to choose an extended closing date to allow us more time to move as well. My wife and I are from Ohio and are planning on retiring in Las Vegas. We decided to take a spur of the moment trip so we contacted Traci about setting up some viewings for condos during a 3 day trip to Vegas. Traci and her assistant Lili kept in contact with us the whole time. We had some minor issues at the airport and was running late but Lili made accommodations to help us and rescheduled. The time spent with Lili was well worth the trip. Her knowledge of the area and her professionalism made us feel at home. My wife was uncertain about not knowing the area or if the realtor would take the time to show us the town or just show us condos. Lili did both, showed us the properties I had marked on their portal and some properties she pulled up in different areas too. We went thru town and never went on the highway which is what my wife like because she could see more of the city that way. Weve used several realtors in the past but none have been as professional and accommodating.
