Nicole Tomlinson

After graduating from UNLV Nicole Tomlinson began her real estate career in 2003. She joined Scripps Resources International, Inc., a boutique real estate firm in Las Vegas. While at Scripps Resources International, Inc., between 2006 and 2008, Nicole closed over $600 million in real estate transactions. In 2012 , Nicole joined Northcap as the President of the company. Nicole oversaw the residential division of the company. She was responsible for selling over $50 million in sales annually. In January of 2017, Nicole decided to direct her efforts towards solely selling luxury real estate and joined forces with The Ivan Sher Group, an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. She values being a part of the number one producing team real estate team in Las Vegas that sold over $435 million in 2020. Not only do you get her fierce negotiating skills but you get a full time staff of nine employees that support her clients during the process and can deliver first class service.
