My name is Giovanni Carmona, most people just call me Gio. I have lived in Las Vegas for over 38 yrs. and have seen an unbelievable change in the valley. One of the biggest is the influx of people moving here. I wanted to be part of change, so I became a Realtor over 33 years ago. Since than I have helped thousands of people with the largest purchase of their lives. For which I am very humbled and grateful. Through the years, I have made a lot of lifelong friends who have begun as clients. I had not realized what a big part I played in people’s lives until their children began to call me to help them search for their own home. I was both faltered and felt old. Even though I have been recognized for my achievements, nothing beats the feeling of giving buyers the keys to their new home and seeing the smiles on their faces. Real estate is not just a passion but a way of life for me.
