This was the best experience. Matt and Candace are amazing. We needed so much help and they helped in so many ways and we are so grateful that they made this experience so easy in a stressful situation. Our home sold within a week. They are all simply amazing at Team Farnham I would recommenced them to everyone. I would also like to say they advised us every step of the way always in contact with us on a daily basis. We are forever grateful. They are the BEST!!!!!

The fact that 10-15of her coworkers also used Matt & his team to buy & sell their homes is testament enough that they are great at what they do. My personal experience with Matt & his agent, Jason, from the start to finish was awesome. There was no pressure, they weren't pushy or wishy washy nor were they too transnational. Instead, they provided guidance, organization, & instilled confidence. For a first-time home buyer, the process can be scary, but they made me feel totally comfortable and trusting...I think it's important to point out that I was house hunting remotely from CA. We started communicating 1-2months before I flew in with only 3days to spare in person. I had the goal of making an offer on a house by the end of that trip.
