She helped us when we needed her and let us be when we didnt need her. She was the perfect combo of all these things for us. We were looking from out of state for over a year getting a feel for the areas and prices for a retirement home. Never any pressure or making us feel like we were wasting her time. When we finally decided, it was on a new build and the great location. It was hard to manage from out of state. She was there every step of the way.
