Jacob and his team are amazing! This is our first home purchase and he made the entire process as seamless and smooth as possible, in the midst of a global pandemic! Not only was Jacob knowledgeable, he was patient and thoughtful. Even after we moved in, he still came by to help with details that were very confusing for first-time home owners. It was just luck that brought Jacob and us together. I called him about house for sale. We had just arrived the day before, our first time in Santa Fe and we fell in love with the city. We spent several hours with Jacob learning about the different areas and Santa Fe history. Jacob is a 3rd generation here so he is very knowledgeable and interesting. When we went back to California to get our house ready for sale Jacob sent houses by email every day and kept us informed about sales and new listings. We planned to return several weeks later to look seriously at the homes we liked. Upon our return to Santa Fe working with Jacob was effortless. He had already zeroed in on what our priorities were and knew what each house offered and what the negatives were.

Jacob and the team were great to work with on the sale of our condo! They were very professional and always willing to help us with any questions or concerns we had throughout the whole sales process. Jacob and Peggy also helped us with meeting people at the condo to pick up furniture and other items we had for sale. This was a big help since we live out of state while our condo was for sale. JAM Real Estate even did some extra things to help our condo sell, such as cleaning entire condo, cleaning all windows on outside, and providing professional photographer to take photos of our condo! In closing, we were very appreciative of the personal support that Jacob and team provided during the sale of our condo with a particular buyer who ended up cancelling contract 2 days before closing.
