In addition to excellent communication from beginning to end of the transaction, he was able to provide a lot of helpful tips on staging the house that ultimately led to us selling for more than we originally anticipated. Also, when the buyer's home inspection came back he was very helpful and proactive in getting contractors to fix the issues quickly.
