Kevin Hill

In my experience realtors are pushy & don't really care about anything but their commission check. At least that was what it seemed like before meeting Kevin. I got lucky & a friend recommended Kevin. He never once asked me to sign a contract or pressured me in any way. On top of that Kevin knew his S@#$. He was very knowledgeable & whenever I asked him to do something, whether it was arrange a viewing or pull up comps he did it immediately. I know I was not his only client but I swear sometimes he made me feel that way. Not only did he help me get that perfect home I was searching for but I was so impressed with him I used him to find & buy a commercial property for my business. Now Kevin is helping me sell my old home. I cant speak highly enough about him but above all the best thing about Kevin to me is that he is a human being, an regular guy that shows respect & does not try to sway you in any way. He listens & is very easy to talk to.
