Matt was a pleasure. He was familiar with my neighborhood & helped us throughout the process. He arranged a very successful open house & made sure showings were within my control & convenience. It sold quickly & well over asking price. He gave good sound advice & made it all happen!

He took charge of all permits,contacted inspectors and set up all appointments, he conferred with my attorney and updated me consistently leading to the closing, he also fronted money to pay for the permits to make things move quickly, he was reimbursed at the closing and rightfully so, he knows the business well and is very diligent, would use his services again if the need arises
