We were renting an apartment after moving here from Texas and wanted a home of our own. Especially since we were expecting our first baby! I met Karen at a home she was selling in Roxbury. While that was not the home for us I did feel I could trust her to represent us in our home hunting endeavor. We hired Karen as our buyer's agent and we looked in the Panther Valley Complex for a townhouse in 90+ degree heat! After a few trips out there we selected our favorite. Karen negotiated a good price and guided us through the complex closing process without a glitch! We moved in on time just 2 weeks after the birth of our son. Good timing and we get to enjoy our home and baby during the holiday season!

I first spoke to Karen when my rental property was occupied with tenants that stopped paying rent. She hung in there as we tried to work around the tenants refusing to allow the house to be shown, and the eviction process. Then the cleanout, clean up, paint and repairs. Once all were done the house sold quickly over asking price!! Thank you Karen.
