The house was purchased relying on Rebecca to provide a reliable description of the home since I was out of town & virtual was unavailable. My error was also in foregoing an inspection, again relying on Rebecca's assessment & she never encouraged one. I did a walk through a day before signing the contract and saw for myself the flaws, a sagging floor, unlike the description I received from Rebecca & the pictures did not grasp the extent of the damage. It is a $6300 fix among other issues i would have addressed if aware. I don't believe Rebecca looked out for my best interest.
