Founder Christopher Avallon started in real estate in 2016 and first learned the business on the investment side through flipping, wholesaling, and renting homes. With a background as an expert salesperson in the financial world, he decided to become licensed and focus on the sales side of residential real estate—while also gaining firsthand experience in property management to better serve investors and homeowners.
Through hard work, focus, and discipline, Christopher quickly rose to become a top-producing agent, consistently earning the NJAR Circle of Excellence sales award each year. He was also initiated as a member of the Mercer County Top Producers Association and certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource.
