Good afternoon. I would highly recommend Kathy Ridge to anyone that is looking for a realtor. Kathy and I have worked together a few times on my home sale and purchases over the years in Ocean City, NJ. She helped me find an affordable one bedroom back in 1998/1999. Then when I was ready to upgrade she helped me sell the one bedroom in 2012, and purchase the 3 bedroom condo we are currently enjoying! Kathy is very professional and her follow through is terrific. She has great knowledge of the market. Her communication is always stellar. Her customer service skills are truly top-notch. I am often contacted by other local realtors.
