Sonja Chartowich has worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Before joining Compass as an agent, she worked as a Certified Residential Appraiser. Therefore, she has extensive knowledge of land and residential values in the NJ market. Growing up as a military dependent, Sonja lived all over the country and knows the ins and outs of frequent moving all too well. This, in combination with the network of Compass, Sonja's nationwide referral base is immense. Sonja and her husband reside in Somerset county and have 2 sons. While she is a year-round wrestling mom, in her free time, she is also involved in various non-profit organizations and serves on her local municipality's Planning Board.
