after signing contract with agent about 4 visits and calls occured agent was supposed find housing for us ( my wife is disabled) agents assistant met me and showed me 3 housing units all in same developement no further contact was attempted i found housing myself i dont believe paying over$ 20,000 to list my house (sold first showing) with RE-MAX was worth it
