As the founder and group lead of The Pierce Group at Keller Williams Shore Properties, I lead a team of dedicated and experienced real estate professionals who serve the Jersey Shore. I have been a full-time real estate broker for over 20 years, and I have earned multiple awards and recognitions from the NJ Realtors Association, including a lifetime membership in the Distinguished Sales Club and a ranking in the top 1% of Realtors in NJ. I have extensive experience in selling commercial property, including hotels, restaurants, multi-family, and shovel-ready parcels, and I am well versed in all aspects of real estate investing and financing. I also offer my clients a local view of the Jersey Shore market, thanks to my 25 years of residency in Seaside Park.
